In the past year, I've made a commitment and sworn an oath to protect and serve the citizens of Texas.
Since Mid-2010, I've had the opportunity to be a Life Safety Code Surveyor (Inspector) for the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. I travel from one corner of our great state to the other; inspecting long term care facilities (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Daycares) to ensure that their residents are safe from fire and given the care they deserve. It is an honor to help protect many Texans that cannot protect themselves.
